Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed authorization form.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
